Figure Skating Competitions

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Kankakee Valley Open! We are very excited to have this event return to Kankakee this year!

The 2025 Kankakee Valley Open will be hosted at Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena (formerly OAK Orthopedic Sports Arena), located at 1601 River Road in Kankakee, Illinois on Sunday, October 12, 2025. The Learn to Skate USA Competition is approved by U.S. Figure Skating and conducted in accordance with the USFS rulebook.

Important Dates For Competitors:

• Practice-ice selection: Opens Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 9:00 am. Sign in to your EntryEeze account and head to your My Schedule page to reserve your spot.
• Practice-ice sessions may be PURCHASED from the schedule beginning Friday, September 26, 2025 at 9:00 am.

Stop on by the rink on Sunday, October 12 and cheer on the many skaters attending this competition. Free admission for spectators.
