We are excited to welcome skaters, coaches, families and friends back to Kankakee for another great day of competition! The coaching staff, management and volunteers at Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena are proud supporters of the U.S. Figure Skating Learn to Skate USA program and are committed to creating a positive competition experience for skaters at every level.
To help make the day feel special for each participant, competition groups will be limited to no more than six skaters whenever possible.

The Kankakee Valley Open is once again part of the Illinois Compete USA Series.
All registered skaters will also receive professional photography of their event from KrPhotogs Photography LLC.

The 2026 Kankakee Valley Open is a Learn to Skate USA competition approved by U.S. Figure Skating and conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. Figure Skating rules.
