Give your child the opportunity to try one of the most exciting youth sports during National Try Hockey for Free Day at Ice Valley Centre Ice Arena. Designed for children ages 4 to 9, this free skating event introduces the fundamentals of youth hockey in a fun, encouraging environment. With our experienced coaches on the ice, participants will learn basic skills, build confidence, and experience the thrill of the game at their own pace.
No prior skating or hockey experience is needed, and a limited amount of equipment will be available to borrow. This is the perfect low-pressure way for families to explore youth hockey and see if it’s the right fit for their child.
